SMS Terms

Zylo Dispatch Load and Account Alerts is operated by Zylo Dispatch. By opting in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You opt in by ticking the unchecked SMS consent box on our text message sign-up page, or beside the phone number field on our Book your first load form. The text you agree to is:

“I agree to receive load updates and account messages from Zylo Dispatch by SMS. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

The box is never ticked for you. You can use Zylo Dispatch without agreeing to texts, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Transactional messages tied to your account or an active load, such as:

• New load offers and offer reminders.
• Booking confirmations and changes to a load, pickup or delivery.
• Document requests and expiry notices, such as insurance.
• Account and security messages, such as verification codes.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies with your account and loads. During an active load you may receive several messages in a day.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates. We do not charge for texts.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation text and nothing after that.
• Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at Contact@wearezylo.com.
• To start again after STOP, opt in again on the form.

If you opt out of texts, we may still contact you by email or in the app about your loads and account.

The program works with major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers and Zylo Dispatch are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your device and network.

We use your number only to send these messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
